'Ser'; Europa Gangs - Runner Gang Member

Gang: Runners. Highly modified by bio-ware, synthetics and vat organs. Infiltration and cyber crime specialists.

Setting:
The location 'Europa' is a sprawling arcology of a post extinction-event future, spreading across much of 22st century Europe and existing under a patchwork of geodesic domes.
The cityscape has distinct levels; Sky level, Upper level, Mid Street level, Lower Sub level, Transit / Utility pipes.
Gangs are known for dominance in certain areas but there is always flux within these territories.

The idea is to create quick collage / sketches of fictitious sci-fi gangs in a dystopian Europe.
